Lift Suggestions

I Have A 05 Ford Ranger Edge 2 Wheel Drive. I Want A Lift That Will Look Good But Not Be That Expensive. Any Ideas? If So..any Pics Of It On Your Truck??

I have the 3" body lift. It was about $275 and ppl say it look great. But its not enough for me. I want bigger Muwhahahaha

no reason to feel dumb, its all a learning experience, i had no idea what they were for a while...i had to ask just as you did
