We need some info about your trucks year, 2wd or 4wd? Make a sig man. But to your question if you are 4wd then a body lift will be cheaper than a suspension. All a body lift does is lift the body. A spindle lift is when you replace the front spindles with bigger ones and this increases ground clearance. You can find spindle lifts on ebay and body lifts.

Not very hard I did it on mine you just take off the old ones and put the new ones on you may have to grind a little part of the lower control arm for better turning.

if you are poor like me you can do a bodylift for cheaper, but spindles will look a lot better.
