loud Clicking sound please help

So there is a clicking sound comeing from my right front end, it clicks everytime the wheel spins its really annoying, and gets louder when i turn. Could it be the wheel bearings? If so r they hard to replace?

is there anyway you could get a video of your problem....im thinking since you have aftermarket wheels that it could be your center caps. Take them off and see if it still does it.

Does it sound like this??
