Maxing T-bars

So i have heard that maxing torsion bars can lead to a whole sh*t load of problems, but i have also heard people saying they maxed them out and got an alignment done right after and had zero issues...a few years ago i cranked mine about an inch and removed the rear lift blocks to completely level out the truck, but my dumb *** didn't get an alignment afterwards and it roasted my tires and my upper ball joints..i eventually had all 4 bj's replaced along with a new set of 31's and ofc an alignment. Anyways, my question is, if i were to put the factory blocks back in, crank the bars until max and get an alignment immediately afterwards, would it f up my new ball joints, tie rod ends or anything? also would it ride stiffer than it does cranked only halfway? i have rancho rs5374 shocks so i wouldn't have to worry about extending the stock ones too much. Also its 2wd so no cv axles. any help would be appreciated as it would be great to have another 2-3in of lift w/o spending a whole lotta $ for a spindle lift, and run 32's or 33's in the future. thanks guys.
