lowering 99 ranger

i want to lower my 99 2wd ranger. i have looked around on the forum and i think i have a general plan on what i want... im thinking on flipping my shackles to lower the rear two inches and to cut one coil on each front spring to lower my front end two inches... im just posting this to make sure this all seems right... and if anybody has any advice or helpful hints... thanks in advance

or if anyone has any other ideas to cheaply lower my truck

Cutting coils is dangerous and stupid. Plus ride quality will be affected

DJM 4/5 kit, a little spendy but well worth the money!

is there any other way to lower the front end two inches cheaply... i wouldnt think cutting one coil on each spring would b that bad

i have cut coils on my mazda the only thing i noticed was the ride was alittle more bouncey but new shocks should help with the bounce

DJM makes a 2/3 kit. Don't cut coils, drop your truck right the first time

how much would drop coils cost?
