Readylift 2.25" Torsion key lift. Thoughts? Comments?
Hey guys I was at the local Chux Trux today and they have these Readylift brand Torsion key lifts that put a ranger up 2 more inches. They said they sell these things daily and have never had anyone come back or any complaints on them. Just wondering if you guys have heard anything about these things? This place here by my house is huge and has been around a long time so they are reputable. Just wondering your guys thoughts?

Trent, I cranked them an inch already to level the truck a while back. Afraid to go much more than that :(
Dunno how to swap them out :( I am thinkin about a body lift but I just don't care for that idea as much as suspension but I can't afford a freakin superlift. I am sol lol. If I get #1 T-bars can I crank them a bit more without stressing out the suspension like crazy?

well sorry man but it's true. I have answered this question in great detail several times.
Those keys do they same thing as cranking your stock keys. The difference? You can max out your factory keys and only be halfway on the aftermarket keys. This gives you the chance to continue to crank them... Basically you will be doubling the angles on your front suspension as compared to stock keys cranked.
You will wear out frontend components very fast, probably be very hard to get a good alignment done, handling and ride quality will suffer. Things like steering will be affected because you will trow out the geometry of everything. Things like bumps in the road will make the truck react a lot differently.

I did and could not find what I needed. Trust me I search this site till I'm blue in the face. I just get tired of searching endlessly and would rather have a straight answer sometimes. I am just curious about these #1 T-bars and how hard they are to install. I dunno anything about T-bar suspension really.

personlly i would say away from messing with your keys/torsion bars because it gives you a rough ride but what ever you do just crank your t-bars it gives you lift and does the same thing as getting lift keys but they pretty much but saves you 200 to 300 bucks.as long as you crank them enough to level the truck out it's good but like said it causes wear on parts
