I've heard of people using a c-clamp to do it. Just take the flat piece off so it leaves the ball end. Now I've never personally done this so I can't go too into detail but Toreador4x4 will be.

I know you already have the t-bars off, but for anyone else reading this later on.... all you have to do is lift the front end high enough, disconnect the upper c/a, shock & cv axle and the lower c/a will drop down far enough where you can remove the keys by hand. Worked fine when I took mine out to put the Superlift on.
