Superlift spindles with longer CV axles
Hey I was on dezert rangers searching post for 930cvs for our trucks and I came across this thread http://www.dezertrangers.com/vb/truck-talk/161524-7.htm . I can not post over there but these cvs are longer their made for the Dixon Bros, BTF 4X4 long travel kits. My question is do yall think these would work with just superlift spindles and nothing else included in the kiy and btf uniball ucas and factory lca. My question is because the superlift has the drop brackets which lower the front carrier and lower the lca to correct cv angle. We wouldnt need that if there were longer/stronger aftermarket cv axles correct? This could also solve problem of superlift/rcd ruining front driveshafts. This wouldnt be for a prerunner lt kit, more for mudder and just something to compare to or hybrid superlift, my goal personally is to run 35s or 36s and strictly mud no deserts. Obviously you can see the benifits of having these if they would. You wouldnt have to buy the whole superlift if you were coilover like what im doing, there only $400 for spindles, and youd get more ground clearance. Any input would be great, I was just thinking this, I could be wrong on my thoughts but hey thats why I posted.

I thought i read somewhere they were extended 1”. Well if there not thats fine. I had read that if they were extended slightly it would correct balljoint angles to allow for better alignment. I may have read incorrectly but if they are standard length the uniball should last longer correct? I changed my balljoints a year or two ago and they are already cracking. I guess thats what you get shen you buy them off ebay lol. When i do the coilover conversion and superlift im going to go with moog lower ball joints and the btf ucas if they will work better. I have my co brackets and next friday foa is going to start making my 6” front co s n 10” rear shocks, then i am ordering my superlift from summit. Now im dropping $2000-$3000, do yall think i could sas for that?

The uniballs are for strength only, they dont provide more angle and if you live in a muddy area they wont even last as long as a good balljoint.
I have had the DBR 4x4 kit for almost two years now which uses the moog upper balljoints and they still feel brand new. And my truck gets beat on haaard
