Need suspension advice

Hello, I am new to this forum and new to Ford Rangers. I drove one for years with my former employer but now I bought a 2021 Ranger FX4 XLT. I have owned it for about 6 weeks and never taken it off road (yet). So the other day I noticed that the passenger side wheel well is about 1.5 inches higher from the top of the tire as compared to the drivers side. Please see the pics. I called the dealer and they said bring it down so they can look at it because they were not aware of any other customers with this issue. I will take it down next week but has anyone experienced this problem? Do you know if something needs to be adjusted to level the rear passenger side height to match the driver side? And yes, I checked the height on a level surface...the pic is from my driveway but the measurements are from a level surface.
