Rusted broken part, no sure what it is

I just bought a 1993 Ford Ranger 2WD and the cab is sagging on the drivers side. There is a rusted broken part that is attached to the frame with two bolts and two rivets. It has a rubber bushing on the cabin side with a bolt sticking out of it. The bracket is on rear part of the cabin. I want to replace it but not sure what its called and where to get the part. Any suggestions would be great.
