no drop pitman arm?

So I am installing a 5" procomp lift kit on my 1997 2wd ranger. my ranger does not have power steering, and all the drop pitman arms I see are for power steering vehicles, does this mean I don't need a drop pitman arm? thanx in advance.

So I did some shopping around, but all I could find were either dropped pitman arms for power steering vehicles like this: Pro Comp Suspension Systems FD400 - Pro Comp Steering Arms - Overview - SummitRacing.com or dropped pitman arms for 4wd trucks like this: Superlift Suspension 1108 - Superlift Dropped Pitman Arms - Overview - SummitRacing.com does anybody know if either of these will work on a 2wd no power steering truck? cause I cant find one specified for that.
