Lifting Options

I have a 1991 ext cab Ranger 4x4 5 speed manual. I am using my ranger for coyote hunting in the desert here in Wyoming. I have found that when traveling two track roads I am scraping my front differential and cross member unless I drive with my passenger tire up on the hump (which makes for a terrible rough ride). There are two things that I would like to achieve, but I don't know what my best solutions are. I would like to widen the the track so I can drive in down in the two track instead of up on the hump (I was thinking wheel spacers). Also I would like to mount a larger tire (but not to crazy) something like a 235/75/15 I am open to other tire sizes, but I think this tire size should suffice for what I want to do. The problem is that to do this I need more clearance in the wheel well. I have thought of a couple different options (body lift, suspension lift, or even just 2-3" blocks under leafs and coils) I am a mechanic by trade so I will be able to tackle any of these options, but price is a major factor. my big question for the block under leafs and coils would be: how bad will this affect the camber on the front end? Will it affect the camber to the point of needing a special ball joint (which my Ranger needs ball joints very bad, so a special ball joint would be something I would do anyway if needed). Keep in mind I don't need major suspension travel as I don't really get into horrible situations, just some deeper two tracks every now and then. Thanks for any advice in advance
P.S. At the moment I have 27x8.50x14 wheels and tires on the Ranger. These were a set of tires and wheels that I found in a junk yard for really cheap. They work great in the summer when I'm not hunting, and I would put them back on for summer driving.
