Ok so far my brother and I have been looking for complete kits for my ranger, and we have found nothing. We have checked all around, 4 wheel parts, jcwhitney, fabtech, and many more. We are finding the spindles and all, but just cant seem to find a kit where it has everything for sure. I want to make sure we have everything we need in one without having to worry about ordering later while the trucks in the air or something. Can someone post maybe a link with a full kit or maybe some help with this. My sig shows everything you need about my truck.
EDIT: sorry forgot to mention im looking to do only a 3''- 3.5'' lift

The "kit" is just a 3" lift spindle. I would recommend new bearings while you install the spindle. You just remove the stock spindle and replace it with the lift spindle. That's about it, so don't worry about anything.

 

Fabtech has a couple kits....up to a 5.5" system...
2wd 98-07 ranger

Camburg has a 5.5" system...

Doetsch has a number of kits available...ranging from 2/0 all the way to 6/3...

There may be others, but I just don't know 'em. IDK what your end result is, but there's been a few folks that have done a 5.5" with 3" body and they run 35's. The fabtech is designed to be upgradable.....so you can just do the 3" spindles. Then later on do the 2.5" coils and the upper arm. That'll give you what the 5.5" system is. Rear lift options are virtually endless. but I suggest a shackle before an AAL and an AAL way before a block.

All you need is a pair of spindles then.

Rear you can leave, or lift to level the truck out. I'd do a Belltech 6400 shackle if it were me.

 

thats going to look dumb having the front lifted another 3'' and not the back, why im thinking of getting the ad a leafs then i think i need extended brake lines also

 

Quite literally, all you need is a pair of lift spindles and how ever you wanna lift the rear(AAL will give you about 1.5". Shackle will give you about 1.5"). If you combine the two AAL and Shackle to get you 3" of lift, you should get taller rear shocks......stock 4x4 rear shocks would work perfectly and on the cheap too. They're about 2.5" taller than your stock rear shocks. Front shocks are not needed with a spindle lift and neither is an alignment afterward. As said above, you should just go ahead and replace the seals and wheel bearings since you've gotta dig that deep anyway.

Front brake lines would be nice, but it's not required. I've got a bodylift and 4" suspension lift and still running stock lines on the entire truck.

 

what about my rims, would i be able to stay with stock? 15x7 with a 4.5 back spacing according to my brother. not too sure about all this myself.

 

all you need is the 3" lift spindles, and an AAL or drop shackle for the rear, you will run into brake line issues in the front, but you can just unbolt from where they are fastened to the frame and that'll give you enough slack, you don't need new shocks since the spindles don't change where the shock mounts and the rear can extend enough to make it not noticable.
