Looking to stiffen up the back a bit. Squats too low with payload in it. A little bit of extra lift int he back wouldn't hurt either. Don't want to spend any money on this, so thought I could just get leaf springs from the same or similar year truck and add it to the pack rather than buy an AAL kit.

So which part of the pack should I use?

Anyone done this? Or if thre is any easier direct bolt in/out way to achieve what I want without too many mods?

Yes you can do this. I did it to my fathers E-150. It is an Add a Leaf. When I went to the yard they sold me the entire leaf back and I chose the pieces of it I wanted for the desired lift. You could always add more of the leaf pack if you wanted more lift.
