Diagnose this sound...'03 4x4

Its been making this noise for a little while but the truck barely gets driven much. It only has 63000 miles. I thought by the sound it made in the cab was maybe sway bar links but I replaced those, that wasn't the problem. Drove it today and it seemed way worse. I'm thinking it may have some dried up ball joints? However I can start it up and move the steering wheel from lock to lock and don't hear a sound...it's only when I move the truck up and down on the passenger front corner. Checked all the shocks (has new ones) and they are all tight, checked the ball joints, sway bar ends, and tie rods and all the boots are intact, it all is still clean and not rusty, and no noticeable play in the tire/wheel when jacked up and doing the top/bottom & side to side shake test. It's also only on the passenger side front corner. Any opinions?
