what is this?/what do i use?

Ive always wanted to know what this is. . . .what is this?/what do i use?-hpim0033.jpg
is this only for 4x4 or is something you add on to it? i like the way it looks but ive always wondered what it is. . .also if i add a 3" spindle lift to the front of my truck what do i add to the back of it to even it out?

That truck has the Superlift suspension lift which uses drop brackets to keep torsion bars at stock height. That's what you are pointing at in the picture.

those are torsion bars which takes the place of springs in the front. There are no lift spindles available for torsion bar Rangers

clarify if I am wrong. Are there 2wd lift spindles available? 4wd lift spindles available?

There are spindles for 2wd torsion bar suspension.

4wd do not have spindles.

And yeah that is the torsion bar after it has been dropped for the superlift.

There most certainly are lift spindles for the 2wd Edges with torsion bars, Fabtech, Doetsch, Camburg, Dixon Bros, etc...

In the rear you can do 2" add-a-leafs (which come with Fabtech kit), or Beltech 6400 gm lowering shackles to lift 1.5", or explorer leafs will give about 1.5", or there are some other options but by the sounds of your experience level you shouldnt even consider them. Please dont take offense to that comment either.
