Ranger leans to drivers side

Well lets see here. Before we filled the gas tank you couldnt even notice the lean. In fact didnt even know it did that. Then we put about 10 gallons of gas in it which filled it up. And parked it in the garage. We noticed it was leaning and was about an inch lower on the drivers side. So we tried pulling it on the driveway just to see if it was the truck or the garage floor was leaning. But it was the truck. I lifted up on the drivers side front fender and it leveled the truck. But when i lifted up on the rear bumper on the drivers side it only helped the back. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix the notorious lean.

Broken leaf on the rear, have a look
Also check the Hangers, they rust out on all model pickup trucks

Ok thanks. I replaced the rear hangers but havent touched the fronts. The truck used to belong to the city parks and recreation so i can imagine they hauled a lot of sh*t in the back. Probably just a worn or broken spring
