T-Bar Problems

I have recently changed the lower control arm on my 04 Xlt and I have read all of the threads on here about T-Bars but I am having a problem that I havent seen on here.

Problem: When I insert the T-Bar and all of the components in there isn't any pressure on it, there for I don't need a puller to get it back in. I know this is a problem because my truck will not level out and every thread on here states to use one to get it back in. All considerations will be accepted. Thanks

Compare the indexing slot where the t-bar slides into the control arm with the one on the old arm. If they are not identical you may have installed the wrong lca for your truck or it was made incorrectly.
Many aftermarket parts are now made in China and not exactly to specs.
Where did you purchase the Lca ?

I purchased it from O'Reilly Auto Parts. They look the same to me but I think the new one is a slight bit larger but it could just be where its new and mine was full of mud and other things.
