RCD Kit should still be available
It's on their site, on a product page.
No idea why everyone thought they were discontinuing it, but it's here

I'm going to take a wild guess and say their website has not been updated in a long time. Even though their home page has updated pictures, it seems like the content is not current.

I'm on the phone with RCD right now. They haven't officially discontinued the kit, but they are considering it. It is on backorder with no ETA yet. He says they simply have other priorities, and are considering discontinuing it.
