rear axle shifted a half inch to pass side

I was looking at my truck today and noticed the axle is shifted to the passenger side about a half inch. Also the passenger side leaf spring is rubbing against the right side of the rear spring hanger. As far as i know, all the other hangers are fine. The drivers side rear hanger is perfectly centered. I looked at the u bolts and all of that is centered as far as i know. we did replace the rear hangers and added a rear spring helper between the overload and the bottom spring. And also Would messing with the rear axle affect the front end alignment. getting one soon after replacing lower A arms. Any help is appreciated
