Icon5 rear end toe help

so i've been told that you cant fix the toe on the rear wheels of a 2wd ranger by shops.... does anybody know a way to fix it????

There should not be any toe on the rear axle , it is a solid axle . if there is toe then something is either bent or the axle isnt installed correctly on the springs
