Rear suspension options

Are there any options to change out the rear suspension for a smoother ride? Not having any weight in the bed feels like there isn't leaf springs on the rear when hitting any bumps. I plan on adding airbags for when I do ever have a heavy load on it,

Yes, you can use lower weight rated springs and then an overload leaf

Look on drivers door label lower right under SPRING there will be a Front and Rear spring codes

Go here: https://www.sdtrucksprings.com/ford-...-code-listings

It tells you how to decode the number then Select Ranger

Find the code number for rear leafs then select part number, it will tell you the weight rating of what you have now

Then select other numbers and find a lower rating
