Highest lift on 2wd without BL...

I'm looking to throw some 35s on and currently have a 6in lift in the front and 4in lift in the rear with 33s. The front consists of an upper control arm, 3in spindle and 3in coil. The rear consists of just a 4in block.

I'm guessing I'd need at least 7-8in in the front and 5-6in in the rear. I don't want a body lift so I'm guessing I could go with a 2in coil spacer in the front and a new set of 6in Skyjacker leaf springs (which actually gives me 4in from what I've read) in the rear with a 1in block to give me more clearance but I'm wondering if there are other parts out there that willl help me achive my goal...like maybe a longer coil spring, etc. Any advise is appreciated.

Also, I'll be swapping in an 8.8 from a '93 Explorer and was wondering if I'd be able to add some James Duff traction bars with the 8.8 \ Skyjacker leaf spring setup.

You could do coil spacer, but even with the aftermarket control arms you'll bind the balljoints and your truck will most likely be too far out of spec to be alingnable. These suspensions just weren't designed to be lifted that high without drop bracketry. 5" out of coils/coil spacers is just too much even with the new control arms. A body lift is honestly your best bet, and it won't ruin parts like balljoints.
