How much do coil springs sag over time?

I want to try and correct my Ranger lean by getting a brand new factory coil but only for the drivers side. The truck is 14 years old. does anyone know how much pickup truck coils will droop over time? Are we talking small fractions of an inch after 15 years? or is it more like 1.5" after 15 years?

If it raises my drivers side front corner by 3/4 - 1" that would be ----ing perfect. But I'm kinda rolling the dice..I don't want it to give me over an inch and I don't want it to give me zero either and then the whole thing was a waste of time and money.
