Ok so I need new shocks bad. Three of the 4 are leaking and prolly blown. I know most of you will say bilstein shock. I have ranchos on their now but im not sure what I should put on. I was thinking bilstein, On summit they want about 280 for all 4 and im on a budget. where else can you get these shocks at??

Im going to stray away from everyone and say Edelbrock IAS. My dad has Bilsteins on his Ranger and IMHO my Edelbrocks ride way better. A little more expensive than others but you get what you pay for.

Do Rancho make a decent shock? I bought some RSX's a few months ago for my truck and am not happy with them at all. They feel like I am riding on bricks. And 1 if not 2 are already leaking. I'm going to try and get rancho to refund them and buy some bilsteins, or edlebrock's. But that probably wont happen so if they let me get something different is there anything else someone has used and liked?

Just an FYI, Edelbrock was having closeout sales on all their Performer IAS Shocks on their website a few weeks back. Picked up a set of rear shocks for my 07 for $30 bucks a piece.

Might be worth checking out if they still have them in stock.

Here's a link, although it might be easier to give them a call to see if you can get any at the closeout price since their website doesn't really sort itself well.

I've read that kyb makes good shocks too, I was going to get the bilstiens from summit but the front 2wd ones were on back order, me being impatient I just went and bought the KYB's since I've heard good things about those as well, and I need 4 new shocks asap.

What about ProComp?

I had ProComp Toxic shocks in the slammed B2200 and it rode like a Cadillac
