Which Should i got with Fab. or Pro

Ok today i decided to go for it and ask my rents to help me out with a lift.. i talked to the about financeing it so i can pay the payments and they said ...well talk and i talked to my pops earlier and he said sure and my mom knows that he'd say yeah which means it will happen... So im wondering which lift should i get...Pro Comp or Fabtech? i want one that will go one easy and have the least problems with...if all goes right ill order either today or tomorrow...

Most people like the pro comp lift because it keeps the factory track width and you can use the stock wheels if you like. Fabtech widens the front (which some people like, but it can hurt your turning radius) and you can't use stock wheels for some reason or another, never really knew cuz i'm not 2wd. Anyways, it's up to you they're pretty similar. My vote would be Pro Comp though.

well, you don't have flares, so I would go with ProComp, and get some 3?*12.50*?? It will stick out..I have 35*12.50*16 on the truck and mine stick out about 1/2" from the flares, so the tires will stick out with the ProComp Lift

The fabtech kit will come with everything you need to lift the truck and the rear etc... The procomp spindle's are just as is, and doesnt come with rear shackles or AAL's.

I have the fabtech lift and I love it. The grinding you have to do is minimal and its on a stearing stop. I love the way my front tires stick out slightly more than the rear. I think it gives it an aggressive look. As far as the stock rims I'm not too sure because I bought my lift off a member on here and I got the rims from him at the same time. Also rubbing will only happen if you try to run like a 35 x 12.50 on a wide offset rim like I have mine are 15x10.

actually, Paul's wheels are 15x12 ,and thats why the tires stick out so much.

they are??? Well my apologies for the misleading info on that. Lol either way 15x12 the offset makes them all stick out, but the fronts do stick out more than the rear. At first I didn't like it, but the more I had it the more I liked it.

EDIT: I just realized a sad thing...another member knows more about my own truck than I do. *sigh*
