Need leaf help...

I have an 08 sport, and with 135 lbs in the back its sagging a good couple inches, its pathetic really, it looks like a pre runner. ive been looking at my options the last couple days, but still haven't reached a decision.
i was thinking maybe the chevy leaf swap, it doesnt seem like too much work. i was also told to go the explorer leaf way, and that there isn't much difference in the weight load and lift it will give, option three was to get an AAL, but a long leaf, not a short one.

is there one option that better then the rest? i know the explorer swap is a direct swap, where as the chevy the front bracket needs to be moved 6 inches. does one give more lift, or better payload? hopefully i can get this done soon, so thank you for the help!
