OEM Coil Springs on 2wd - 2004+ improvements?

Hi I'm new to the forum and looking for some Ranger info.

I have a 2003 Ranger XLT (2wd 2.3L) that I bought a month ago. Last weekend I swapped on the Edge grill, installed a rear sway bar from a 89' Bronco II, and changed out my OEM shocks for Sensatracs. It rides more like a car now and I love how the front doesn't sway as much in the corners with the new shocks.

I've read that Ford modified the suspension in 2004 for a better ride by modifying the bushings, springs, and shocks:

Question: Is there any difference in my 2003 2.3L 2wd coil / leaf springs and 2004 2wd 2.3L Rangers?

Thanks!
