i think Maurice has them...

you know you could run chevy springs for less if you can find some used ones.

The Skyjackers would probably ride a bit smoother. Also, the Chevy packs take a bit more work to install as opposed to a straight bolt up from the Skyjacker leafs.

Skyjackers 6" springs are designed to give 6" of lift with the factory blocks....as you know the front is lifted more than the rear and lift kits are rated for what the front is lifted.....since my kit is a 6" kit, the front was lifted 6" and the rear 4".......i took out the stock lift blocks and got 4" of lift in the rear....so now i have spring/axle combo with no blocks....

Skyjacker springs will get 2" less of lift without a lift block, so if you got the 4" springs and took out the lift block, you would have 2" of lift.......the 2" lift springs if you took out the block, you would have no lift......

then you only want 2" of lift in the rear......if you stick with the 4" of lift, your rear end will be in the air.........get the 4" springs, and put them in without the blocks, then if you dont like the look, try the blocks........

yea all the lifted leafs from Skyjacker will fit the newer Rangers.......Rangers have had the same specs on their leafs since they were 1st made......they all have the same width, and length spring......

yes they should..

if you lifted it 4 in the front you want 3-4 in the back... if you remove the 2" blocks that would mean you need the springs Maurice has to get 3-4" of lift in the rear and not use blocks.

you dont want the same lift in the rear as you do in the front....from the factory the front already sits lower than the rear......to level the truck out you want anywere from 1.5" to 2" of less lift in the rear than the front.....for example, i have 6" of suspension lift in the front and 4" in the rear........

I was planning on buying them for the 03 until I bent one leaf in the each stock pack and had to do something and didn't have much money. Earl has a friend that owns a spring shop and he fixed me up. He re-arched the stock springs to give me about 2 inches of lift and added a leaf between the longest and 2nd longest leaves.

how can you rearch stock springs to achieve lift? the springs would be too short to fit in the stock location spring hangers........when you have lift springs, the spring leafs are longer than stock, no matter what size lift you have.....

not to hijack this thread but since alot of the info is already here and its old it will probably be easier then starting a new one .

i was wondering about these springs in the rear . if your running the chevy shackle the 6 inch lift spring would be like 7.5 w/ blocks in ? should i just go back to the stock shackle? the belltech one just seems so much stronger and tougher.

eventualy i'm going to get a superlift and i want to bring the rear up the same amount as the change in the front . so in the end it sits like stock , lower in the front . Cuz with camper shell and gear it is level.

and i definently would prefer to get rid of the blocks in the back . 4" spring with a chevy shackle no blocks = 3.5 inches of lift ? or 6 with the stock shackle and remove the blocks maybe is a better way to get 4 inches? not sure what the best way to go about it is .

I would get an AAL and keep my springs but my spring rate would be wayyyy to rough on the trail.

with the stock block, Skyjacker 6" springs, and the Chevy shackle, you would be looking at about 8" of lift....
