So my question is

I'm planning on going with a 2 inch coil lift in the front, and shackles in the back, and ill be running 31s with that. My question is, will (and I doubt it) the stock shocks be long enough after the coils and shackles? And assuming they don’t, how long/which shocks would be good to run?

I have T-bar crank and shackles, about 2 inches and my stock shocks are fine.

he doesn't have torsion bars.

any 4x4 rear shock will be fine, you may have to find longer fronts, go to monroe's web site and look up your stock shocks and get the specs on them then find some that have the same mounting specs but are 2inches longer

I know he doesn't have torsion bars, but 2 inches is 2 inches with t-bars or coils.

Yeah you should be fine I dont have the same truck but I have about 4inches of lift and my shocks are fine, a little stiffer ride is all.

Hmm, yeah. Aren't the xlt shocks different than the edge shocks though? I guess tommorrow I'll have to take them off and see if they stretch to 2 inches longer than they are now.
