shackle mount

hey guys, so i was in the process of putting on my 6400 shackles and discovered that shackle mount has almost completely rusted through. I looked and saw that it is rivited to the frame. I dont have the means to torch it or whatever, nor do i want to. Wondering if anyone had a shop do theirs and how much they charged.

Would it be possible for you to drill the rivets out jacob? Just a thought. Then possibly weld the new one on. Like i said just an idea

You can cut slits in them and use an air hammer to knock of the head of the rivet. Also you don't typically re-rivet the new shackle to the frame, instead you would simply bolt them together.
