Suspension dramatically sagging

Suspension dramatically sagging
Since last year, my front suspension has sagged about 1.5-2", and my rear seems to have sagged 2.5-3"! Also the front end of my truck feels mushy when i go over bumps now. Im not sure what to do about this. I could get AAL's and 95-01 explorer stiffer T-bars (I have F t-bars). Or if i should just buy the procomp 3.5 spindle which comes with new shocks (and keep my t-bars). Im not sure lifting my truck is worth it since i dont have a locker in the rearend yet. I do have the money for the lift. Any advice is helpfully, what do you all think?

yea, F rate torsion bars are very soft like that, go by a junk yard with the right tools and grab some 1,2, or B rate torsion bars and swap them in there (1 being the stiffest, but they still feel soft in a supercab 4.0L, the reg cab 3.0L might be a little stiff with them, but it will just feel like a truck is supposed to) do the front up, and then if you like the ride of the rear but need it to go up more then just get some belltech 6400 shackles. if the rear is rideing too soft grab a set of explorer leafs and swap them in there. chances are you could get the leafs and torsion bars for under 100 total if you pull them yourself...

for the rear you can always buy some Sky Jacker leaf springs. They come in 4" and 6" lift varieties, but if you buy the 4"ers and ditch your stock block you would only gain like 2.5" then just get some #1 rated t-bars and crank em to level you out. I just got my 6" SJ leaves and Im installing them today with INT3RC3PTOR. Ill post you some pics when we are done.
