spindle and hub swap

I have a 1998 long bed two wheel drive 3.0 ranger ranger. Will a 2001 two wheel drive extra cab 3.0 spindle hub cabiber and rotor fit my 1998?

Bracket

Thank you for the response. Now is there a difference in the bracket size for the calibers? I made the change, but the tire rubs on the caliber?
