spindle lift help

I have an 02 Edge 2WD that I'm wanting to put a 3" spindle lift on. (My main goal with the lift is looks but I also want it to ride fairly smooth. Also not wanting to put too much toward the lift, so that I'm able to do other things as well.) Will my truck sit level after the spindle lift is on or will I need to put anything in the back? Any suggestions/recommendations as brand or packages? Also, I'll be doing the install myself, even though I'm not the best mechanic, so any recommendations on the install? Thanks in advance!

You will need to put something in the back.

If you want the closest to stock ride and cheap put a body lift on. Under $200. Then crank the torsion bars a little to level it out.
