If you're buying a kit it'll come with everything you need. The only parts you would be replacing extra are anything that's worn out!

Is that a common thing when putting a spindle lift on? Or sometimes the stock suspension is fine?

It would more or less depend on your truck's miles, etc. If everything is tight on your truck now and in good shape you should be good to go!

a lot of people figure with messing around in there it would be really smart to replace BJs...another thing youre gonna need an alignment afterwards

Its only got 58,000 miles on it. Never really been off roading. Right now it has a 3" body lift and 3" torsion keys and i have 35x14.50R15 Thornbirds right now. I wanna go 3" spindle and put a 4" block in the rear. I already have 4:10 gears and lockers in it. And i wanna go 38's. But Im really trying to avoid replacing ball joints. And are ball joints expensive?

That sounds good but with 4:10s and 38s your truck will have zero *****.
