On my door jam, it says BC under the SPR. i know the C is for rear leafs but what is the B? i know it is the torsion bar but which one is it and would it be ok to crank those to accommodate for 33's?

The B is the torsion bars. You can crank any kind of torsion bars, #1 bars would probably give you more lift being they are stiffer.

so i would have to go to ford to get them. approx. how much are they and will they fit any torsion bar ranger?

you don't need them unless yours are sagging bad. I think their like 70-80 each
