stabilizer bar bushings

wondering how many people have replaced the bushings in there rear sway or stabilizer bar as ford likes. i want to replace mine when i do my springs and frame but not sure of the size. i know i could just go outside and measure but im lazy and figure maybe some one might have some good input or advice.

looks liek choices are 25mm with dual eye end link type or 28.5mm diameter with single eye link type only. and the end link type is where i get confused.
so my question is, which do i have? whats the difference between dual eye and single eye?

I might ditch them. I've gotta put new leafs in this truck before i sell it, i'm running some reverse rake.

felt the same to me. once i put 33's on i didn't feel the difference between them being there and them not being there.

pulled the front bar off of the green one too. endlinks were rusted on when i wanted to replace them so i just cut them with a sawzall and kept it off lol
