Steering knuckle grinding

Hey guys, just bought a lifted 06 ford ranger sport and since ive been driving it, I noticed a rubbing/grinding noise at slow sharp turns. I went out this morning and actually looked for the problem and noticed when I have the wheels turned all the way in either direction, the lower control arm and steering knuckle come into contact and are grinding notches in each other. How big of a problem is this and how do I fix it?

This is a big problem. Is it a Superlift kit? Or do you have pictures of this

I posted a picture with the two parts that are grinding circled, if anyone knows why this is happening please let me know.. Also inside the wheel well is obviously being torn apart by the tire rubbing but only on one side and the tires are way far from the wheel well so idk how this is happening

that lower ball joint is gone , there should be more space between the lower control arm and the knuckle
