Strange Popping Sound... Video inside!

I recently did some work on my '98 2wd. Installed a spindle lift, and also tried to address some problems. It was popping over small bumps and when turning. The popping over bumps ended up being bad ball joints, I replaced all four. I cannot figure out the popping when turning. It's just when you turn the wheel a little back and worth. It doesn't seem to be the tie rod ends. More towards the inner tie rods or the rack and pinion itself. The wheel bearings have also been replaced. I took a small video, it's really dark, but you can hear the noise. Any opinions?

Yes, I (well my wife... lol) was turning the wheel back and forth really quick, not really enough to move the tires much. You can definitely feel the popping in the tie rods and in the rack. My first thought was it was the outer tie rod ends, but they don't seem to have any play in them.

well if the outers don't have any play in them that only leaves the inner tie rods.

Might be.... seems like I feel the pop coming from both sides though! Maybe both are out.

ya inner tie rods or rack loose somethin along those lines.. does it look like anything has a "delay" when turing the wheel back and forth showing play in something?
