Stupid question (torsion bars)

I just was told that to crank you torsion bars there are 2 bolts torward the end of you bars, I just went and looked and I could not find the ones that he was talking about. I found about 6 that hold a cover that mounts under the torsion bar but none that I could see that would raise the truck. Could someone tell me exactly where theses bolts are? Thanks

The bolt you're looking for is right in the middle of the cover. Get under the truck and look straight up at the cover and its right there in the middle where theres an opening.
