How many miles on truck? How far cranked are the bars?

I see two options here...that roll together. lol.

1. heavily sagging bars, more driver side lean due to added weight of driver side. Thus creating the milestone "Ranger Lean".

2. Bars are not cranked to level the truck out after the install.

Give it a few days....i covered what myself and keith believe to be the issue. It's hard install the kit incorrectly...it's a puzzle...only one way all the pieces fit. Let me check the directions...there might be some differences in those crossmember drops, but idk.

How many miles on the truck?

My old 75,000 miles B bars on my 01 were sagging like crap! so i upgraded the bars to higher spring rate bars, the highest offered in a ranger, #1 bars. They resist the sag, and are a more firm ride. So it's quite possible that the bars are really saggy just like my old bars were.

Driver and passenger side bars are different lengths. I have no clue if it's possible to install the driver bar on the passenger side. But..it's a possibility. They shouldn't have been able to work on the incorrect side. If you can check the stickers on the bars themselves, it'll tell you PS or DS. (I strongly believe)...don't remember the designation between driver and passenger.

LOL on the money back comment!!

I'm off to bed...but hopefully somebody else cam chime in on this subject before i get back on there tomorrow night.

You seem to not be responding to shanes advice...? if the torsion bar adjusting screw is not fully screwed in on the driver side, DO THAT BEFORE ASKING FOR MORE HELP!!!! lol, thats really what it looks like... unless your frame is bent, which it probably isnt since you didnt have the problem before the superlift.

My first suggestion... Lower the passenger side torsion bolt.

After that... Go to your ford dealership and get some #1 bars. They're tempered differently, so they're stiffer.

As for the blocks. The black block goes up in the front. It's the brake line drop bracket and bump stop re-locater. The gold block I believe is the brake line drop for the rear.

You're experiencing the 'ranger lean.'

I'm with kevin. Since it's free, take the torsion out and make sure you have the key in the right place and then turn the bolt up after the bar is put back in and see if that changes it. It's hard to make the mistake, but can be done. Who did the lift?

I put the lift on and a friend helped and he has done lifts before on older trucks tho. So do i need to put the blocks on ? I already have the brake line brakets on.Im thinkin about gettin a new longer bolt for it. How much are the #1 bars gonna cost me ?

Im still thinkin that the adjustor bolt is not seated on the key properly, check that first if you could upload pics we could probley tell you off bat what is wrong. t-bar sagging could also be a issue if both bars have been maxed for a few thousand miles. crawl under the truck and investigate,if you have enough common sense to put on a SL then you should be able to figure out the problem.
