The install is done. Had to make 2 trips to the hardware store to pick up $20 bucks of missing hardware. Ill clean the truck and post pics tommorrow. The only prob i have is at slow speeds i can hear a soft grinding noise coming of the driver side front. Sounds like its around the tire, ill investgate tommorrow. CV joint or center cap mabey?? idk

Those bolts on the side of the diff are a b!tch! I split one of my Craftsman sockets right down the middle into two pieces trying to get one of those bolts out.

2 Leaf spring center bolts, 6 Driveshaft bolts (stock bolts too long), 4 bolts for factory torsion skid plate, Just little stuff

tell me about it....it took my longest breaker bar and everything i had to bust them loose.

You were right it was the baffle plate.

why were the drive shaft bolts to long did you use the 1/4 moon spacers from the factory drive shaft? If I remember correctly you are suppose to use them.

Never heard of them....i had to get bolts for the yoke that attaches to the t-case. You could get 2 in but the other 4 were too long.

There was no way i could get the 4 factory bolts in there without cross threading the hell out of it.
