Leaf Springs
Ok, recently I've noticed my rear is sagging. I don't know why either. It's only got 65k miles on it. I think I have access to a set of leaf springs from a 2004 4x4. I'm going to get the lift blocks and u-bolts as well. Since the blocks are taller than the 2wd Edges I'll need to u-bolts from the donor for sure right? And as far as installation, just jack up the back, put jack stands on the frame rails and then start the swap with support under the axle? Thanks for the help.

Do an AAL if it's saggin instead of swapping out the whole leafpack. It's like $40 and gives your leaf pack that curve and performance that blocks don't. THEN if it's still too low for you get some blocks. If you tow a lot or carry a lot of stuff in the bed then it'd definitely be better to get AAL's.

Well regardless, as far as replacing the leaf pack it'd be just the same amount of work to put in an aal. And I probably can get the leaf pack cheaper than the aal. I just want to know if the way I described will be a good way to install them.
EDIT: Add a leaf Is this the one I would need if I went the aal route?
