Have you gone out wheeling lately? I had this problem and it was a small stone wedged between my rotor and the dust shield.

you could have also destroyed a bearing when wheeling(if you did wheel it...)....if not the take the brake caliper off both sides and see if there is any foreign object in there........

No offroading.. I changed the pads. calipers rotors and bearings. Still same noise.. U can see where its actually scratching the top of my right rotor.. Only makes the noise when driving straight.. and it gets worst when i turn to the right. and its on the right side..

Well, if you did the brake work and this started after that, there's nothing to do but tear down and re-check.

the pads are scratching the back side of my rotor pretty bad.. Its the pads scratching it. Nothing else could be touching it..

Is there any chance this could be caused by the thin metal stamping that goes around the caliper and holds the pads in. My truck is doing the same thing, and Ive replaced the pads and nothing else seems worn or damanged. Im thinking the holder is loose in mine and grinds on the rotor when the brakes is pressed.

are the pad shims that are connected to the bracket rubbing against the rotor?
