Tbar Crank and Wheels 2011 4.0 4x4

So I am going to lift my 2011 ranger and was wondering how high I can go with a T-bar crank without putting to much stress on the suspension and tires. I also was wondering max wheel size i could go after i lift it. Any advice is appreciated thanks guys.

You're going to put a good deal more stress on the front end I wouldn't go more then 3 turns or 2in of lift. I have mine cranked. I just installed new t-bars though as my truck is a great deal older. This guide should help. Cranking Your Torsion Bars : The Ranger Station
