big shock issue!
so i was going home from work today and i hit a bump and next thing you know my upper a arm starts smacking the frame and crap so i pull over to check it out and turns out the entire nut on the shock completely pulled threw the washer and bushing on my shock mount so i scratched my head and went on home and replaced the washer and bushing and took it down the road hit another bump and it happened again!!!! and then i fixed it again and once again it does the same exact crap!!!! what the heck is going on???? my passenger side isnt experiencing these issues so has anyone encountered this before! has anyone have any idea of how to fix this ANYTHING!!!
ill be posting pictures in a matter of minutes

ya i have bushings on both sides of the shock mount so i have no clue whats going on!! i mean i got f250 washers [if you havent noticed how much larger they are] and tryed using them but then it just busted strait threw them too but im afraid to touch the other side because i dont want it to start acting up too

well this is a coil sprung ranger 2wd and people have been telling me that i have to compress the spring with the shock till it settles because if i dont have that shock in their it will keep trying to raise up and this leads to my upper a arm laying on my frame and beating the hell outta it and the ball joints and thats no good its pisin me off

The front shocks themselves are the rebound stops and they are not designed for your 3" coil lift that is continually topping out the shocks. The driver side mount has failed and the other will probably do the same soon.
You might be able to do a bandaid fix with a larger, thicker washer - for example, the corresponding washer on my 4x4 is much heavier than the one in your pictures. Regardless, with the longer coils, your shocks will continue to take a hammering until they also fail.

but.... the a arm still trys to lay on the frame cuz the coil wants to extend out and that makes the a arm lay on the frame and jesus i know a longer shock wont prevent that from happening and ive trying adjusting the cams and that seems to help a little but it still seems to hit the frame regardless of what i do... ANY OTHER IDEAS!!!

Putting those thin washers in the photos up against your lift springs is not going to work. The springs will win.
Here's what I would do. Go find 2 hefty washers that are about 1/8" or 3/16" thick and about 2" or 2 1/2" diameter. Also (this is very important), make sure that the center hole is a good fit on the shock stem. If the hole is too large, the nut may pull through anyway.

Did you get the fabtech coils or are they some other brand? The fabtech ones are actually 2.5" coils, not 3" so maybe their shocks wont work with 3" coils. I put the fabtech coils on my truck and used the bilstein front shocks that RCD uses on their 6" 2wd kit. The upper arm hits the frame because there is no limit strap or bump stop to prevent that. The Fabtech kit comes with an upper bump stop to keep your upper arm off the frame.
