All you need is the proper socket size and either a rachet or I used a breaker bar. Get under and crank. Some people count how many turns they do, I just made my fenders even.
Driver side and passenger side are gonna be different lengths. DON'T PANIC. It is like this to compensate for the extra driver side weight.

In that diagram the adjustment bolt is part #8.
