skyjacker 6in or deavers?
so i know they both do wonders for the rear but which one is better for payload and ride quality? i deliver parts occasionally for work and payload is a must. I already have a superlift and as we all know lift blocks suck, so im looking to upgrade. and do i need the belltechs along with new leafs to get it level?
thanks in advance

I have the skyjacker 6" leafs and haven' had any issue with them. 4wheelparts retails them for $430. You could probably talk them down to $400 dilivered to a local store or have installation included. This would be an advantage over the deavers as I don't know of any retailers selling them so there will be shipping charges as well.

How much weight will you be hauling? If you want to improve ride quality I would go with the deavers and a shackle. I have been running the 6" skyjackers no blocks for a few years and am mixed on them. They can hold more weight than stockers with less sag, but are not that drastic of an improvement on ride. I have never tried the deavers, but if they can hold up to desert jumping they should be able to haul the occasional load without cracking.
In hindsight I think better ride for daily driving would be worth having a sagging rear and slowing down a bit when hauling if its not all that often.

If you get custom Deavers they can adjust for payload, but just the replacement packs are not good for loads.
I had the replacement pack with hanger flip and no block on my old 01. Rode GREAT but were horrible for hauling or towing. Honestly I'd say about 2-300 lbs in the bed and they started to sag.
