Need Some help identifing a part

So I broke the passenger side control arm hanger (at least that's what I call it) and when I called around to find the part no seems to know what I am talking about.
Its the part that is welded to frame that the rear of the lower control arm connects to, does any one know what it is called and if I can buy one or do I have to have some fabricate it?]HPIM2826.jpg?t=1287093065

Is your truck 2wd or 4wd? I am going to be cutting up a 2wd frame soon.

You won't find THAT part at a dealer.
A good welder could fab that up in a couple hours.
Of course the t-bar would have to come out , along with the lower control arm.

Thanks, that's not really what I was hoping to hear but I guess its my only option.
Any Idea what it would cost me roughly

well its supposed to be 4wd but I pulled the cv axle so I drive it home and it would break if the control arm let go

Find someone to make/install a Coil-Over Setup.
Eliminate the T-Bars and mounts all together.
