Under the truck

Hi, new here. I do most my own work on my '97 xlt 4x2 4.0. I was flushing my brake lines yesterday and saw this. I know it is getting near time for me to do some suspension work, I have 195i miles and the truck is not passing the 'rocking check' I was going to start with my struts but should I be more concerned about my ball joints and tie rod ends?

thanks. I'm happy to be here and look forward to all the shared knowledge.
